YMAA Chin Na


In YMAA Qin Na techniques originate mainly from White Crane style (70%) and Long Fist style (30%). All of these Qin Na techniques can be blended into any martial style to make it more perfect and effective. YMAA Qin Na are divided into 6 levels. In order to pass the level student is required to possess the feeling of accurate control and should know several options of martial applications for each Qin Na technique. The number (#) listed in the following Qin Na level should match the textbook written by Dr. Yang: Analysis of Shaolin Qin Na. After completion of the all levels student becomes YMAA Qin Na instructor.
